This unique ability to blend the pure sounds of Appalachian music with an uncompromising commitment to the Gospel finds them on the road over 150 days a year, moving seamlessly from festivals to fairs to church sanctuaries.

Throughout their career, Chosen Road has garnered six Top 10 bluegrass radio singles, including the #1 “When I Get Home,” and the group has performed on stages alongside such greats as Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, Dailey & Vincent, and The Isaacs. With deep roots in the Baptist tradition, the band has an ongoing partnership with the North American Mission Board’s (NAMB) Church Replant and Revitalization Team, where they help increase awareness about the number of churches closing their doors each year.

Even with the successes they have enjoyed, what has not changed is their original commitment to keep the focus on Christ and Christ alone.

While the music of Appalachia may owe its roots to the ancient sounds of Scottish-Irish descent, it has found a fresh voice on a road much closer to home. A Chosen Road.

Beauty for Ashes is a dynamic women’s event brought to you by women, for women. The inspiring theme, The Resurrection Tour, is presented by passionate keynote speaker, author and church pastor, Leanna Roe. You’ll experience wonderful worship led by St A Girls, a group of teen girls who are passionate about Jesus, and about worshiping Him. There will be a performance by Praise in Motion, a ministry that presents the gospel through dance and praise. There will be many giveaways, a delicious lunch, and an opportunity to connect with other women. And it’s all free!

The cost is $70 per person, and that includes ammo, and fingerprinting required by law. Full payment must be received BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS.
